SECURITY LIGHTING
Proper and adequate lighting is essential to describe the security lighting needed because of indoor and outdoor application opportunities. We can install new bollards in a courtyard area as well as pole lights in your parking lot. We can add wall pack systems to your apartment buildings to provide more lighting for your residents. We can provide metal halide, high-pressure sodium or fluorescent lighting for the areas you deem necessary for your property.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING
Exit signs and emergency lighting are mandated by the Life Safety Code. The Code requires that all exits be marked by an approved sign that is readily visible from any direction of Exit access. All occupants of a building must be notified of the most efficient route of building exit.
In the event of a power failure, exit signs and emergency lighting must be able to switch to an alternative energy source, i.e. backup battery, and provide 90 minutes of illumination.
